Bread and butter has some of the best pastries in the area! Tried the morning bun and it was so light and flaky, and the coffee was also excellent. The patio is lovely and great for people watching on a Saturday morning. Definitely worth the slight line!

Best ham and cheese croissant I’ve had outside of france. It was room temp cause oven was full and could not heat up, they insisted it’s still delicious and they were correct. It was also the bakers birthday and everyone was kind. Great lattes and various matcha and masha options.

Make sure you get here early!!! Items tend to sell out quick but was very yummy. The croissants are so flaky. They have plenty of outdoor seating and dog friendly

Everything looks (and smells) like it just came out of the oven, because it probably did. The classic **croissant** is seriously good: beautifully laminated with a shiny egg-wash exterior, it tears apart with a satisfying flake and reveals a soft, honeycombed interior. The **buttery** flavor is rich and authentic—real European-style butter shines through without being greasy. It’s the kind of croissant that pairs perfectly with coffee or stands alone as breakfast bliss. The **host was nice** and welcoming, offering quick smiles and helpful suggestions even during the morning rush. Pastries are clearly baked fresh throughout the day, and the quality shows. Blown away by this place - the best pastries in LA hands down. It reminded me of the quality of croissant you would get in Paris. I’d recommend trying to get there early to get your first pick and avoid a long line. There’s a small counter inside where you can see the bakers hard at work pounding butter into pastry dough and baking everything fresh before your eyes. The staff were very helpful and they walked us through all of the options as it was our first time. My favorite item was the caramel glazed croissant - delicate, rich, flaky, buttery. A delight. If you really have a sweet tooth I’d recommend the morning bun filled with cinnamon and cardamom and a healthy dusting of cinnamon sugar. We also tried the sausage roll - only available on weekends. It was a bit greasy but a good hearty option if you want something more filling. There was plenty of outside seating with water conveniently available for everyone. We did not order coffee, but it is available if you want something to go with your sweet treat. I will definitely be back.
